D.E.A.S Trip.. IV

Woov.. We were on our final day of our D.E.A.S trip.. We wanted to make the maximum use of it.. We were asked to get ready early as we were to go to the Chamundeshwari Temple in Chamundi Hills.. To the biggest of surprise, the teachers were ready before us.. For once i.e .. :D

So we boarded our bus as usual and went in first with 4 busses with both girls and boys behind us.. We raced into the temple first, stood in the queue and waited.. We had a lot of our friends there in Monkeys.. But after some time, it started to get scary.. Lol .. :D

Finally, we got the sight of god.. Prayed for sometime and then proceeded out where we bought Ladoo for ppl back home.. Lol.. Yet again, we were dead hungry and wished we could go eat.. The food in the morning was Okay comprising of Idly, Bread, Dosa etc etc.. After resting in our rooms again for half hour or so, amidst great confusion, the teachers decided to take us to Somanathpur - A temple of historical architecture belonging to the Hoysala Dynasty.. It was fun there where people could just sit down and marvel the architectural skill which the kings of olden times possessed.. After snapping pics there with all our classmates, it was time for us to go back to our hotel.. Finally, we were allowed to watch Batman in our return journey in the bus.. It rocked totally though i slept after the U KNOW HOW I GOT THESE SCARS scene.. :D

We reached the hotel first and rushed into the dining room to catch our seats before the crowd arrives.. And we were successful in doing that.. After eating, few of my friends who did not go to MORE the previous day went onto shop there.. I lost the interest in Shopping.. or rather, i never had any interest in Shopping.. :|:|.. So me and a couple of my friends decided to stay back in our rooms while rest of them went to MORE..

After an hour or so , they finally returned after HEAVY shopping there - I still am not able to realize what more they get there than what can be got here in Chennai.. :| Lol..

And finally, it was time for some mischief.. After asking many of my friends who turned down the offer, i got PREm who decided to walk with me to MYSORE PALACE.. :D:D.. Others, yet again proved to be sissys.. :D

We knew the teachers won't allow there as it is far.. So we lied we were going to MORE, rushed out of the hotel and started our walk to MYSORE PALACE..  And yay ! It was total fun.. We were too very lucky to catch the glimpses of Dussherra celebrations throughout our walk.. People dancing throughout in their folk dances, dressed at Ravana, Durga, etc etc., it indeed proved worthful for us to take the risk of walking to MYSORE PALACE.. :D

We reached there much earlier than we expected to, we ran half the journey.. We dint go in as we din't have enough cash to go in.. So we stayed outside, clicked some pics and came back .. The procession continued.. We wanted to stay and watch it for some more time, but we told our teachers we would come back in half an hour.. So we had to go back.. :D

When we reached the hotel, our teacher came out.. She knew that we had gone to Mysore Palace.. Who else but the scared people in my class would have told her.. But surprisingly, our teacher was kind enough to forgive us.. Lol..

It was late for the train.. We had to leave our hotels by 6.. So i grabbed my uniform and went to have a bath.. Next came the most toughest of activities.. Much tougher than Rapelling or Chimney Climbing.. It was to Pack my bag.. I hate it.. Totally.. I was scared throughout if i would loose something .. My cell, my charger, my wallet .. Damn.. I cant imagine loosing them and coming back home with a straight face.. Lol.. After checking a dozen times before leaving our room, i went on to board the bus.. We knew the journey together for the last time with my class was coming to an end.. No one realized it.. I dint too.. So we were normal.. Joked about things.. Kalaichified.. Did everything till we boarded the train.. And yet again, it was utter confusion in the train.. With girls sitting in the boys seat, boys sitting in the girls seat.. Lol.. But we had fun never the less.. And yea.. We were glad to be back home too..

But this journey has been a real good one.. A test of character especially for someone like me.. Lol.. Hoping for more..

Till then...
